Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Service Provider Network

We connect homeowners with vetted solar maintenance providers. Please note:

• Service providers are independent contractors, not employees of XSolar USA
• We vet providers for qualifications and insurance but do not guarantee their work
• Service agreements are between you and the provider
• XSolar USA is not liable for work performed by third-party providers

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate information about your solar system
• Maintain proper access for monitoring equipment
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy our technology

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including software, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by XSolar USA and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• XSolar USA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months
• We are not responsible for losses due to system failures, data inaccuracies, or third-party actions
• Monitoring data is provided for informational purposes and should not be the sole basis for critical decisions

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless XSolar USA and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Termination
