California's current net-billing tariff values exports differently from older net-metering arrangements. Does Los Angeles have any local solar incentives beyond the federal tax credit?
California tax treatment and LADWP or SCE solar programs depend on current rules, utility territory, and customer eligibility. Check the applicable utility and state guidance before relying on an incentive. The federal Residential Clean Energy Credit was historically 30% for qualifying residential solar property placed in service through December 31, 2025. Under current IRS guidance it is not available for property placed in service after that date.
